Guests can share from their browser, with no app to download.

## The short answer

Choose a sharing method families can open easily, then agree who can add and view photos. Ask permission before sharing pictures of children, especially outside the team.

## A simple plan

### **Ask families**

Agree which photos may be shared and with whom.

### **Pick an album**

Choose a simple way for contributors to upload.

### **Send the link**

Share it privately with the intended group.

### **Save the season**

Download a copy before the album expires.

## Choose a way to share

| **Method** | **Useful when** | **Check** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Event album | Families contribute from different phones | Who has the link and when the gallery opens |
| Shared photo library | Most families already use the same service | Invitations and contributor permissions |
| Team chat | Families exchange a few pictures quickly | Whether everyone in the chat should see them |

OwnPix links can be forwarded. Anyone with an event link can view the gallery once it is available, so share it only with the intended group and explain that access clearly.

## Protect the people in the pictures

Ask parents or guardians before sharing photos of children. Follow your team or club’s photo policy, and get permission before posting outside the group. A delayed reveal changes when a gallery opens; it does not prevent someone from forwarding the link afterward.

## Keep the photos

Send one reminder after the final game. Download the collection before its storage period ends and keep a separate copy if the team wants a season keepsake.

## How OwnPix helps

OwnPix gives families one event link for team photos. Explain that the link can be forwarded, then download the collection before storage ends.
