Reunion memories

## The short answer

Give classmates one album link for reunion photos and optional throwbacks. Ask before sharing old pictures and tell everyone who can access the gallery.

## A simple plan

### **Name the event**

Include the class and reunion date.

### **Invite throwbacks**

Ask for old photos classmates are happy to share.

### **Share the QR code**

Put it on a welcome sign or table card.

### **Save the collection**

Download the album before storage ends.

## Bring then and now together

| **Collection** | **Examples** | **Check** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Before the reunion | Graduation, school events, or old group pictures | Ask permission before sharing someone else’s photo |
| At the reunion | Arrival, group photos, and conversations | Follow venue and guest preferences |
| Afterward | Photos from classmates who upload at home | Send one link and a reminder |

If you choose a plan with multiple albums, you can label collections “Then” and “Now.” Otherwise, one album still keeps contributions in a shared place.

## Share the link thoughtfully

Put the QR code at the welcome table and send the link to classmates afterward. OwnPix event links can be forwarded; anyone with the link can view the gallery once it is available. Make that clear before people contribute.

## How OwnPix helps

OwnPix gives classmates one event album for photos and videos. Share the link with the intended group and download the collection before storage ends.
