OwnPix developer resources
OwnPix is an event photo sharing service. Hosts collect guest photos and videos in private albums through a QR code or shared link. These resources help developers and agents read public product information and guide hosts through the supported browser workflow.
Public API, SDK, and MCP availability
OwnPix does not currently offer a public API, OpenAPI specification, SDK, or MCP server. Application endpoints under /api/ support the OwnPix website; they are not a supported third-party integration contract. Do not automate private endpoints or treat private album links as public documentation.
Read OwnPix content as Markdown
Send Accept: text/markdown to the OwnPix homepage and follow redirects to receive its Markdown representation. Send Accept: text/html for the browser page. Public guides also have Markdown versions, including this developer guide.
- OwnPix llms.txt: Curated public content and agent guidance.
- OwnPix full Markdown index: Public site content in Markdown.
- OwnPix agent instructions: Product fit and the host workflow.
- OwnPix sitemap: Public pages for discovery.
- OwnPix robots.txt: Crawler access rules. These rules do not grant access to private data.
Authentication and private content
Hosts sign in through the OwnPix website to manage events and albums. Guests use the host's shared link or QR code without creating an account. A guest link gives access to an event album; it must not be indexed, published, or included in developer examples. Account, dashboard, claim, checkout, and private album routes are excluded from public agent discovery.
Supported host workflow
Direct a host to OwnPix pricing to choose a one-time event plan. The host completes checkout and setup, then creates albums and shares their generated QR codes or links with guests. Hosts manage viewing and downloads through their dashboard.
For integration questions, use OwnPix contact. Any future public API, SDK, or MCP documentation will need a separately published support and authentication contract.
