Trip memories

## The short answer

Create a shared album before your trip and give the group one link. Ask everyone to add their favorite photos along the way or after they get home.

## A simple plan

### **Create the album**

Name the trip so everyone recognizes it.

### **Send the link**

Share it in the group chat before you leave.

### **Add photos**

Upload when you have a connection.

### **Keep a copy**

Download the collection before storage ends.

## Give the group one place to share

| **Moment** | **What to do** |
| --- | --- |
| Before departure | Send the album link in your group chat |
| During the trip | Upload over Wi-Fi when it is convenient |
| After everyone gets home | Send one reminder for photos still on phones |
| Before storage ends | Download the collection and keep a second copy |

A group chat is useful for plans and quick messages. A shared album gives your photos a destination that is easier to find later.

## Make sharing comfortable

Ask before uploading pictures someone might consider private. Tell the group who can access the album: an OwnPix link can be forwarded, and anyone with the link can view the gallery after it becomes available.

If you choose a later Film Roll reveal, tell everyone when to come back. A guest who sees an empty gallery will then know the photos are still waiting to be revealed.

## How OwnPix helps

OwnPix gives your trip one event link and QR code for guest photos and videos. Guests upload from their browser, and you can reveal the collection later.
