# **Wedding photo collection ideas that guests will use**

Your photographer covers the main timeline. Guests capture table conversations, reunions, reactions, and late-night moments happening elsewhere. A good collection plan makes those photos easy to contribute without turning the wedding into an instruction session.

## 1. Use one clear QR upload route

Send guests to one browser upload page instead of asking them to install an app or join another chat. Keep the instruction beside the code direct: scan, choose photos, upload.

## 2. Repeat the QR code in useful places

Use the welcome table, guest book, dining tables, bar, and venue screen. Test each printed size from a normal distance and under the actual lighting.

## 3. Ask when phones are already out

A reminder after the ceremony, speeches, or first dance works better than a long announcement at the start. By then, guests already have photos ready to share.

## 4. Give guests small photo prompts
