# Wedding Photo Sharing in New Zealand

Collect wedding photos from guests, including after they leave your venue.

Guests upload in their browser, with no app to download.

## The short answer

Use an OwnPix QR code or link to gather guest photos and videos in one album. At a venue with patchy coverage, guests can upload later when they have a connection.

## Plan for a remote venue

### **Create your album**

Choose a plan and set up your event.

### **Share your QR code**

Print it for the reception and send the link to guests.

### **Guests add their moments**

Photos and videos upload from their browser.

### **Open and keep**

Reveal the album and download a copy.

## A simple backup for patchy reception

| **Before the wedding** | **After the wedding** |
| --- | --- |
| Ask the venue about mobile coverage and guest Wi-Fi | Send guests the album link when they return to coverage |
| Test the QR code indoors and outdoors | Remind them before the upload window closes |
| Add the link to a digital itinerary | Download the album before storage ends |

Guests can take photos offline on their own phones, but the album needs an internet connection to receive them.

## Tell guests where photos go

Explain that the link opens a shared album. Anyone with your OwnPix link can view it once it opens, so share it with guests rather than publicly.

## How OwnPix helps

OwnPix collects guest photos and videos through a QR code or link. Choose when the album opens, then download your collection before your plan’s storage period ends.
