Choose the experience
| Option | Best for | What to prepare |

| Phone-photo corner | Group photos against a backdrop | A backdrop, good light and room to stand |
| Instant-camera station | Prints for a guest book | Camera, film, pens and a place for prints |
| Disposable cameras | The film-camera experience | Cameras, a return basket and developing |
| QR photo album | Guest photos across the event | An album, code and a clear instruction |
| Photographer portraits | Professionally shot group photos | Agree on a location and coverage time |
A QR album collects phone photos but does not provide the lighting, equipment or prints of a booth. A booth creates a photo spot; an album can gather moments from that spot and elsewhere.
Set up a phone-photo corner
- Pick a spot out of the way of exits and queues.
- Test lighting after dark and avoid a bright window behind guests.
- Put a short invitation beside the QR code: “Take a photo together, then scan to share it.”
- Ask your venue before attaching a backdrop or using extra lighting.
If guests use an instant camera, keep spare film nearby. Fujifilm explains the Instax mini 12's film and development time.
